Conference Exhibitors

November 16-17, 2018 Exhibitor Information


  • Conference Location: North Heights Church; 1700 Hwy 96 West, Arden Hills, MN 55112

  •  Exhibitor Fee:

Non-profit organizations = $75 (federally-recognized)

For-profit organizations = $150

  • Conference Fee: $40 per person, if you want to attend the sessions. This price is good for only one person on this registration. All others who may be helping at your table are welcome to register at the regular price.

  • Exhibit Set-up: You may set up on Friday, any time after 3:00 p.m. The first session is at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Flat beds and hand carts will be available to assist you.

  • Exhibit Take Down: Saturday, anytime after 2:30 p.m. The conference ends at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

  • Exhibitor space is reserved on a “first come-first served” basis.

  • Exhibitor location assignments are made based upon electrical needs, type of exhibit and other factors. Placements will be rotated from year to year in order to be fair to all of our exhibitors. You will find your name on the table assigned to you upon arrival. Please do not switch your sign with another.

  • Electricity is provided upon request. Please bring your own extension cord and surge protector strip. (You do not need to bring an expensive battery backup strip.)

  • Table:  You will be provided with a 2 ½ x 8-foot table and two chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for providing all other equipment including tape, markers, pens, etc. Banners need to be either table-mounted or free-standing. Your “space” cannot exceed beyond 3 feet on either side of the table. You are welcome to pay for two spaces if your exhibit is large.

  • Tablecloths: Please cover up your table. Some of the tables are a little worn.

  • Schedule: You may choose how often, and for how long, you will be at your table.  See schedule for details.


  • Lunch tickets are not available this year.


  • Deadline to reserve your place: November 1, 2018.
